Marilyn Carter

Marilyn Carter is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at the Industrial Commission of Arizona since December 2017, Marilyn focuses on developing and implementing HR processes, managing the HR team, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Marilyn held the position of Manager/Director of Human Resources at The Atlas Group - Vitron Manufacturing Solutions, where policy development and strategic planning were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as HR Manager at Sodexho, where Marilyn specialized in employee relations and recruitment, and as an HR Generalist for Three-Five Systems, Inc., overseeing employee relations issues across multiple locations. Marilyn holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
