Brian Ebbinghaus

Brian Ebbinghaus is a seasoned industrial design professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Vice Chairperson of the Industrial Designers Society of America’s Toronto chapter, Brian has played a pivotal role in establishing this groundbreaking chapter. As a Senior Industrial Design Specialist at General Dynamics Land Systems since 2012, Brian has integrated industrial design into the company's product development. Previous roles include Vice President of Product Development at Blake Jarrett & Company Inc., Design Director at Lee Valley Tools Canada, and various teaching positions at institutions like the College for Creative Studies and Carleton University. Brian's career began at BEL-Tronics Limited, where significant contributions were made to automotive and consumer electronics design. An alumnus of the College for Creative Studies, Brian holds a BA in Industrial Design.
