Njabulo Duma is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and governance. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at the Industrial Development Corporation since July 2023, Njabulo previously held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at STANLIB from 2016 to September 2023. In this role, accountability extended to developing and leading compliance strategies for STANLIB Group across Africa and Jersey. Prior positions include Compliance Manager at AIG and Compliance Officer at Barclays Africa Group Limited, where Njabulo established compliance frameworks for various financial institutions.
