Alan Riggs

Alan Riggs has an extensive background in a variety of administrative and service improvement roles. Currently serving as the Head of Technology and Data at The Industrial Dwellings Society (1885) Limited, where Alan focuses on managing the Civica Cx housing management system. Prior to this, Alan worked at Shepherds Bush Housing Group as a Service Improvement Officer, championing continuous improvement and lean working. Alan also has experience at Plymouth Community Homes and Plymouth City Council in policy development, project management, and administrative support roles. Additionally, Alan has worked at NatWest Group as a Customer Service Advisor.
