Brian Morrison

Brian Morrison has extensive experience in the field of energy economics, serving as Principal, Senior Associate, and Associate at Industrial Economics since December 1981. Prior to this role, Brian held intern positions at the U.S. Department of Energy, where assistance was provided in implementing a small-scale hydropower commercialization program in New England, and at The Energy Exchange, where mediation of a dispute over a hydroelectric project occurred. Additionally, a case study authored by Brian on municipal and county energy initiatives was published in a 1979 Department of Energy report. Brian holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from St. Lawrence University.
