Alberto Gomes da Silva

Alberto Gomes Da Silva currently serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Industrial Electric Mfg. since August 2025. Previously, Alberto held the role of Vice President of Total Rewards and DE&I at HPS Investment Partners, LLC from May 2022 to August 2025, where the focus was on providing creative capital solutions. Prior to that, Alberto was the Vice President and Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Equity & Compensation at W. P. Carey Inc. from August 2018 to May 2022. Alberto's earlier experience includes positions at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed executive compensation and compliance, and as an analyst at Institutional Shareholder Services. Alberto started a career in education as a Teacher’s Assistant at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and as a Business English Instructor at Plan Language School. Alberto holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, International Commerce and Negotiations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
