Steven Rann

Steven Rann is an accomplished professional in the field of Total Rewards, currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rann held similar positions at Kohler Co. and Stryker, where experience included serving as Advisor to the CHRO, Vice President of Global Total Rewards, and Senior Director of Total Rewards.
