Danielle MacKie

Danielle Mackie is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Industrial Electric Mfg. since July 2025, Danielle previously held leadership positions at Wildcat Discovery Technologies, including Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Manager from May 2022 to July 2025. At Solar Turbines, Danielle worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Global Talent Acquisition Manager between October 2018 and May 2022. Prior experience at Caterpillar Inc. from January 2015 to October 2018 included roles such as Global EHS Talent & Competency Manager and Analytics and Services Project Manager in Safety Technology, along with earlier positions as Recruiter II and HR Representative II from October 2008 to 2014.
