Andrew Frisbie has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in different companies. Andrew is currently the President - Americas at Industrial Flow Solutions, where they oversee the Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Human Resources teams. Prior to this, they were the VP - Sales & Marketing at the same company, driving the growth of industrial submersible pumps and controls.
Before joining Industrial Flow Solutions, Andrew worked at RBC Bearings as the General Manager - PIC Design, where they led the Precision Gear and Hardware division. Andrew was also the Director of Business Development - Strategic Markets at the same company.
Andrew also held the position of VP Marketing at Veeder-Root, where they were responsible for all aspects of product and service marketing, channel management, and technical support.
In addition, Andrew has worked at The Timken Company in several roles, including General Manager - Strategic Growth, Services, Managing Director - South America, and General Manager - Marketing, Business Planning - Distribution. In these roles, they led various business units and was responsible for driving growth, managing P&L, and leading teams.
Overall, Andrew Frisbie has a strong background in sales, marketing, operations, and business development, with extensive experience in the industrial, commercial, and municipal wastewater markets.
Andrew Frisbie completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Kenyon College from 1981 to 1985. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Marketing at the University of Connecticut from 1988 to 1990.
