Alessandro Mattei

Alessandro Mattei is an accomplished 3D animator and educator with extensive experience in the animation industry. Currently employed at Industrial Light & Magic as a 3D Animator since June 2022, Alessandro has also served as the Instructor-Founder at VIVO Animation School since September 2020. Previous roles include positions at notable companies such as Animal Logic, Jellyfish Pictures, Cinesite, MPC, and Sony Pictures Imageworks, demonstrating a strong portfolio in 3D animation. Educationally, Alessandro holds a Diploma in Animazione from Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia and a degree in graphic and multimedia design from Sapienza Università di Roma, complemented by foundational studies in arts from Liceo artistico Alessandro Caravillani.
