Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Industrial Light & Magic, Joy is responsible for staffing projects, managing budgets, and providing solutions to artist downtime. With a strong collaborative approach, Joy leads a team of Talent Managers and ensures efficient completion of productions while guiding artists and production staff in their growth and career development.
