Bridget McFadden has a strong and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Bridget most recently worked at College Now Greater Cleveland, starting in 2013. Throughout their tenure, they held several positions including Senior Director of Talent Management, Senior Director of Advising Programs & Services, and Director of Advising Programs and Services. Prior to their time at College Now Greater Cleveland, Bridget worked at Drink Local. Drink Tap. as a Board Member and Governance Chair from 2015 to 2018. Bridget also served as the Director of AmeriCorps and OCAN Member Services at Ohio College Access Network from 2008 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Bridget was a Project Manager at National College Access Network and the Director at (i)Cleveland. Bridget began their professional journey as an Executive Recruiter at Action Management Services.
Bridget McFadden received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Akron from 1991 to 1996. In addition, they obtained certifications such as the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management in December 2022 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2022.

College Now (formerly Cleveland Scholarship Programs) paves the way for middle and high school students and adult learners to prepare for, finance, and graduate from postsecondary education. For more than 50 years, our goal has been to help students pursue educational opportunities that empower them to embark on rewarding careers and strengthen the Greater Cleveland community. We deliver college access and success advising, financial aid counseling, and scholarship services in schools, in the College Now Resource Center, and through community-based programs. We serve over 30,000 students and adult learners a year, many of whom are from low-income families and are first-generation college students. Without College Now, many never would attend postsecondary and graduate career-ready.
