Anton Berce has a diverse work experience, spanning various industries and roles. Anton began their career in 2009 as a Bodywork and Aerodynamics specialist at Chalmers Formula Student. Anton then worked as a Computational Engineering and Design professional at Fraunhofer-Chalmers Centre for Industrial Mathematics from 2011 to 2016.

In 2015, Anton joined Industrial Path Solutions Sweden AB as a Sales & Marketing employee. Moving forward, they took on multiple roles at CEVT starting from 2016. These positions included Simulation Engineer Manufacturing, Virtual Process Development Manager ME, and Senior Engineer Concept Development. Their responsibilities involved simulation of flexible cables and hoses, path planning, digital human modeling, virtual reality, and expanding virtual verification capabilities through collaboration with IT and software vendors.

Anton most recently served as the CEO of Industrial Path Solutions - IPS, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership qualities and a focus on operational development projects to advance simulation capabilities for manufacturing engineering. Anton also had periods of parental leave in 2018, 2019, and 2022.

Anton Berce pursued their education from 2005 to 2011 at Chalmers University of Technology, where they earned their MSc degree in Applied Mechanics and Fluid Dynamics.
