Marcelo Seixas

Marcelo Seixas has extensive experience in software engineering and technical management, with a focus on computer vision and image processing across various industries. Currently serving as Technical Manager and R&D Software Engineer at Industrial Physics since July 2021, Marcelo is responsible for developing vision systems and modernizing legacy systems. Prior roles include Machine Vision Team Lead at Masipack Packaging Equipment & Solutions, where custom machine vision applications were developed, and Senior C++ HPC Developer at BM&FBOVESPA, where high-performance computing for financial calculations was implemented. Marcelo’s career also includes significant contributions at Bull Latin America, Hisco Latin America, and earlier roles in R&D software engineering at Altec Ind. e Com. de Instrums. Ltda and Hypervision - Vision Systems Ltd. Marcelo holds an Associate's Degree in Computer System Analysis and Development from Centro Universitário Claretiano and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Universidade Paulista.
