Kristopher Gray is an experienced professional with a diverse background in compliance, organizational development, project management, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance and Director of Organizational Development at IPS since September 2018, Kristopher also held positions as a Project Engineer and Assistant Start Up Manager prior to this role. The tenure at Whole Foods Market from August 2011 to September 2018 included responsibilities as an Associate Team Leader, focusing on budget optimization, team performance assessments, and community engagement through foundations. Earlier experience includes legal internships at Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc. and Legal Aid of Western Ohio, as well as teaching mathematics in grades 5 and 6 at Ottawa Hills Local School District. Kristopher holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo College of Law and a Bachelor of Education from The University of Toledo.
