Tom Messmer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in development, construction, and coaching. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Industrial Realty Group, LLC since May 2003, Tom Messmer oversees extensive property management and development projects, focusing on large-scale properties across 24 states. As a member of the US Lacrosse National Coach Development Staff since May 2014, Tom Messmer is dedicated to training and certifying new lacrosse coaches nationally. Additionally, Tom Messmer has coached girls lacrosse at various high schools in Orange County for 16 years, emphasizing the importance of personal growth over winning. Tom Messmer's academic credentials include an MBA in Organizational Development from Syracuse University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo, along with a Level 3 Coach Certification in Women's Lacrosse from USA Lacrosse.
