Ken Miller-Gass has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ken started their career as an OS Supervisor at Staples in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Following that, they joined Verizon Communications as a Frame Technician/Worker and gained extensive experience in network operations, installation, troubleshooting, and customer service for 10 years. In 2016, Ken joined Sage Network and Communication as an IT Helpdesk Tech I, where they provided customer service, tech support, and onsite assistance in a call-center/helpdesk environment. Ken continued to work and grow at Sage Network and Communication for over a year before moving on to DISYS in 2017 as a Desktop Support Tech Tier II. At DISYS, Ken's responsibilities included providing desktop support and technical assistance. In 2018, they joined SAFER Systems as a Helpdesk Tech Support, where they provided tech support and assistance to clients. Currently, Ken is working as a Systems Engineer at Industrial Scientific, a role in which they are responsible for various system engineering tasks.

Ken Miller-Gass completed a COMP TIA A+ Certification program from Ventura Adult and Continuing Education in 2015. Ken pursued general education and computer science courses at Ventura College from 2000 to 2006 but did not obtain a degree. Ken obtained their high school diploma from Adolfo Camarillo High School in 1999, where they studied general studies. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Windows Server 2012: Install, Configure, and Administer Active Directory, Windows Server 2012: Installation and Configuration, Delivering an Authentic Elevator Pitch, Windows Server 2016 New Features, and CompTIA A+ ce. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as LinkedIn and CompTIA, with the most recent certification being received in June 2021.
