Jason Ward

Jason Ward is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors, including industrial manufacturing, transportation, and cannabis. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Industrial Search Partners since October 2013, Jason specializes in targeted recruitment for industrial sectors. In addition to this role, Jason has been a Senior Advisor at Mary, Jane and Associates since April 2021, focusing on the cannabis industry. Previous positions include Managing Director - Industrial Practice Leader at RSR Partners and Senior Client Partner/Managing Director at Korn Ferry International.
