Gabriel Christian

Gabriel Christian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Gabriel started their career at UniFirst Corporation as an Account Manager, where they managed corporate, mid-size, and small business accounts and provided excellent customer service. Gabriel then worked part-time at Israel Brooks as a Network Cabling Technician, setting up network cabling infrastructures for various companies. Gabriel then joined BODY RENEW WINCHESTER LLC as a Customer Support Director, where they troubleshooted customer issues, managed client metrics, and implemented new ideas and processes to improve the company. Gabriel later worked at Fitness International, LLC as a Client Support Manager, responsible for enhancing customer service and improving CSAT scores. Gabriel then joined Iron Bow Technologies as a Desktop Support Analyst, providing technical support. Currently, they are working at IsI Enterprises as an IT Operations Manager, overseeing IT operations and managing the service desk.

Gabriel Christian holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science from Laurel Ridge Community College. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in July 2020.
