Wade Gungoll

Wade Gungoll has extensive work experience in the energy industry, primarily focused on renewable energy and oil & gas. Wade is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Industrial Sun since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Development at AP Solar Holdings, LLC from October 2020 to August 2021. Wade also held the position of Vice President of Development at Savion, LLC from April 2019 to October 2020. Earlier, Wade worked as the General Counsel at 7X Energy, Inc., a leading renewable energy company, from December 2016 to April 2019. Wade was also the Commercial Counsel, Development & Real Estate, at SunPower Corporation, a solar energy company, from May 2015 to December 2016. Wade has experience in the oil & gas industry as well, having worked as the Vice President, Land & Legal, at Gulf Oil and Gas, L.L.C. / Gulf Exploration, L.L.C. from November 2013 to May 2015. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President at Jan Oil Company from December 2011 to November 2013, where they managed the company's assets and executed various operational and strategic tasks. Wade also worked as the Head of Land & Legal at Cardinal River Energy from October 2011 to November 2013, overseeing all legal and land-related matters for the company. Wade started their legal career as an Attorney at Gungoll, Jackson, Collins, Box & Devoll, P.C. from March 2009 to October 2011, specializing in oil & gas litigation. Before that, they gained experience in the Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group as an Associate Attorney and Summer Associate at Crowe Dunlevy, P.C. from May 2005 to May 2009, where they worked on various energy-related legal issues.
