Peter Hsieh

Peter Hsieh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and venture capital. Currently serving as a member of the Advanced Research Advisory Committee and the Commercialization Advisory Committee at the Industrial Technology Research Institute since January 2022, Peter Hsieh also holds the title of General Partner at Acorn Pacific Ventures since July 2015. Through previous roles, including Chairman of the Monte Jade West Science & Technology Association and Chief Strategy Officer at Coretronic, Peter Hsieh has significantly contributed to various organizations. Notably, as a Board Director at iSoftStone, Peter Hsieh led the company's initial public offering on the NYSE, and as a Board Director at Leyou, Inc., facilitated substantial growth in retail presence across China. Peter Hsieh's educational background includes a PhD in Engineering from Stanford University and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
