Juan Francisco Diaz Sierra

Juan Francisco Diaz Sierra has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Juan Francisco started their career as a Financial Analyst at Agrofermex in 1998 and later moved on to The Hershey Company, where they worked in Financial Planning for seven years. Subsequently, they joined Principia Tech Group as a Financial Controller before becoming the CFO at Grupo Bajo Cero S.A. de C.V. where they served for four years. Juan Francisco then transitioned to Consorcio AGA division Centro as a Senior Manager in Corporate Finance and Administration for a year before joining Grupo Solana Automotriz as the Director of Corporate Finance. Following this role, they became the Chief Financial Officer at ELEMENTUM (LMN) in 2014, before assuming their current position as the Head of Finance at Empresas Tajín in 2018.

Juan Francisco Diaz Sierra attended various educational institutions at different points in their academic journey. In 1993, they enrolled in Universidad Panamericana and completed their Bachelor of Finance and Administration degree, specializing in Corporate Finance and Management, in 1997. After a significant gap in formal education, they pursued an MBA from IEB with a focus on Management y Finanzas at IE Business School from 2005 to 2006. Their recent educational endeavor took place in 2019 when they participated in the Advanced Management Program at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, concentrating on Administración y gestión de empresas, general, which concluded in 2020.
