Connie Knutson

Connie Knutson, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Connie began their career in 1999 at the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago, starting as an HR Assistant and moving up to HR Representative and HR Generalist. Connie then worked as an HR Consultant at the Illinois Institute of Technology before joining Heartland Alliance as the Manager of Workforce Development. At the University of Chicago, they served as a Senior HR Generalist, and later as an HR Business Partner at Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Industries for the Blind, Inc. Throughout their career, Connie has gained extensive experience in areas such as recruitment, training, benefits administration, project management, and employee relations.
