Jacklyn Dejonckheere is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, learning, talent development, and customer experience within various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Learning, Talent & Culture at Industrious since December 2016, Jacklyn delivers strategic implementation of onboarding, leadership training, and DEI&B programs across North America. Previous roles include Learning & Development Manager and Hospitality Analytics Manager, where Jacklyn designed training programs and improved customer experience metrics.
