Marchael L. Giles

Marchael L. Giles has a diverse background in customer experience and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Member Experience Associate at Industrious since April 2023 and a Front of House Representative at Chelsea Factory, Marchael has previously held positions such as Operations Lead at Row House and Sales Representative at Equinox. A notable leader, Marchael was President of the Student Government Association at Marymount Manhattan College, where an academic journey in Drama and Dramatics culminated in a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2020. Additional experience includes roles as a Peer Leader and Camp Counselor, alongside early retail experience as a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters.
