Teresa Sokolow

Teresa Sokolow, MBA, currently serves as the Area Manager for Industrious in Texas, overseeing eight locations with a focus on P&L management, leadership development, and enhancing member and employee experiences. Previous experience includes the role of Director of Operations for Do More Dallas, LLC at Restore Hyper Wellness, and Director of Operations at milk + honey spa, where Teresa managed $25 million in annual revenue across multiple locations and launched a new medSPA initiative. Early career roles at Cúrate tapas bar, Midtown Sundries, and Logan's Roadhouse provided foundational experience in service, training, and operational management.
