Fabian Mendoza

Fabian Mendoza is an experienced professional in the engineering and project management sectors, currently serving as the SVP/Area Manager for the Texas Mountain Region at STV since October 2022. Prior to this role, Fabian held the position of VP/Director of Field Services at CP&Y, Inc. and was a Federal Client Account Manager at AECOM, where responsibilities included driving relationship management and business development for private sector organizations in the Federal Government market. Fabian's earlier experience includes working as a Command Engineer at AAFES and a 30-year tenure as a Colonel with the US Army Corps of Engineers. Education includes a Master of Science in Military Strategic Studies from the Air War College and a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
