Michael Magdich

Michael Magdich is an experienced professional in the fields of partnerships, consulting, and sales, currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at HardTech Project and an Executive in Residence at Industry 4.0 Accelerator. With a strong background in innovative technologies and market strategies, Michael has held senior advisory roles at Elm Park Labs, Inc. and worked as a Principal Consultant & Investor at Advant. Previous leadership positions include Global Vice President at Lydall and Vice President for Axalta’s Light Vehicle Coatings segment, where Michael significantly contributed to revenue growth. Michael's extensive career in the automotive and renewable energy industries is complemented by a robust educational foundation, including degrees from Northern Illinois University, the University of Essex, and executive education from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
