Industry City
Alina Kamajian is an experienced Operations Manager currently at Industry City since August 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing tenant requests, conducting property inspections of 6 million square feet, managing a work order system, and coordinating with service providers and engineering departments for property maintenance. Previously, Alina served as a Property Manager Assistant and Maintenance Supervisor at Sydgan Corporation from August 2016 to March 2018, where duties involved organizing office operations, supervising maintenance personnel, scheduling property inspections, and managing vendor relationships. Alina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Anthropology from the University of North Florida and completed an Advanced Placement program at Stanton College Preparatory High School.
