The Leasing Team at Industry City is responsible for managing the occupancy of its 6 million square feet of industrial space. This includes identifying and securing new tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining relationships with existing tenants. Their goal is to maximize space utilization while fostering a vibrant community of innovative businesses and creative enterprises.
