Fran Baumgardner

Fran Baumgardner, MS has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Fran most recently worked as a Digital Marketing Lead at IDEA (Idea4industry) in 2023. Prior to that, Fran served as a Chapter Administrator at the Rocky Mountain Chapter of RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.) from 2014. In 2021, they worked as a Professional Education and Medical Affairs Manager at the National Psoriasis Foundation. Fran also has experience as a Director of Continuing and Professional Education at the University of Colorado Denver, a Senior Program & Credentialing Manager at the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN), and a Program Manager at the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Fran also held the role of Senior Manager, Professional Education at the American Diabetes Association and worked as a Project Manager at the Association of Community Cancer Centers. Fran's career began as a Junior Health Educator at DC Chartered Health Plan in 1997.

Fran Baumgardner, MS, obtained a Master of Science degree in Adult Learning and Human Resources Development from Virginia Tech in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Clemson University in 1997. Recent certifications include Digital Marketing Certified from HubSpot and Eliminating Discrimination & Harassment in the Workplace from Trüpp, both obtained in 2023.
