Zoya Mirza

Zoya Mirza is an accomplished journalist with a focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, currently serving as the Editor of ESG Dive at Industry Dive since August 2023. Previously, Zoya worked as a Sustainable Finance Reporter at ETF.com, providing in-depth coverage of political discourse around ESG and sustainable funds. Zoya also contributed to USA TODAY as an Elections Contributor and gained valuable experience as a Newsroom Fellow at Voice of America. Additionally, Zoya has held various reporting and editorial roles, including Politics and National Security Correspondent for Medill News Service and Senior Opinions Editor at The Phoenix. Zoya's educational background includes a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University, a visiting student year at the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Journalism from Sarah Lawrence College.
