Waheed Hussain is a seasoned professional in lean consultancy with extensive experience in the aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as a Senior Lean Consultant at Industry Forum since March 2016, Waheed develops and delivers sustainable solutions to enhance manufacturing capabilities and business performance. Previously, as a Transformation Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Utilities Solutions, Waheed led complex transformation projects focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Waheed's career began at HR Chempharm, where a series of promotions culminated in the role of Continuous Improvement Coordinator. Waheed holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of Wales and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
