Ranjeet Sharma

Ranjeet Sharma has a wide range of work experience in various roles related to order fulfillment and operations. Ranjeet started their career at Citi as an Operations Executive, where they handled allocation and data entry tasks. Ranjeet then moved on to NetCarrots Loyalty Services as a Senior Executive, where they managed order dispatch, delivery, and inventory. At Snapdeal, they worked as a Team Leader, overseeing order management and vendor support. Ranjeet later joined EasyRewardz as an Assistant Manager, responsible for vendor coordination and order fulfillment. Ranjeet then transitioned to Tata CLiQ, initially as a Team Lead, and later as an Assistant Manager and Manager, leading order fulfillment and process enhancement efforts. In their most recent role at Industrybuying.com, Ranjeet serves as the AVP & Head of Order Fulfillment & Seller Ops, overseeing operations related to orders, inventory, customer escalations, and logistics. Throughout their career, Ranjeet has consistently focused on ensuring smooth order processing, adherence to SLAs, and vendor management. Ranjeet has also contributed to the design and implementation of SOPs for various processes.

Ranjeet Sharma completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune in the years 2013-2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.com Hones) from Delhi University from 2007 to 2011. In 2006, they studied Science with a focus on Mathematics at the Central Board of Secondary Education.

In addition to their formal education, Ranjeet Sharma obtained certifications in Operations Management Functions and Leading Team & Supply Chain Operations. These certifications were obtained from Skillsoft, with the former being achieved in April 2020 and the latter in March 2020.
