Patty Prosser

Patty Prosser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and community engagement. As Co-Founder of The Center For Leadership Excellence since January 1993, Patty has been instrumental in designing and implementing leadership and coaching practices, alongside managing business and marketing strategies. Patty has served on various boards, including the Indy Chamber and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, where roles included Board Member and Chairman. Additionally, Patty has held leadership positions with organizations such as the Central Indiana Senior Fund, OI Global Partners, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, showcasing a strong commitment to community service and organizational governance. Patty holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Kentucky.
