Sarah Macinnis

Sarah serves as the Senior Director of Coaching for the Business Ownership Initiative (BOI). Housed within the Chamber’s Entrepreneur Services department, BOI provides Indy entrepreneurs free one-on-one business coaching, workshops, and access to capital. With a team of expert coaches, Sarah oversees the delivery of quality technical assistance and small business training opportunities for Indy entrepreneurs. In addition to oversight and coaching responsibilities, Sarah leads various specialty projects with community partners and supports BOI’s grant opportunities. Sarah has over 20 years of experience working for national and local non-profit organizations and has a passion for helping businesses succeed. Her expertise in financial planning, marketing strategy, resource procurement, stakeholder consensus building, strategic planning, and executive coaching has established Sarah as a strategic thinker focused on interdisciplinary solutions that support the entrepreneurial community.
