Javier de la Llave

Javier de la Llave has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Javier is currently serving as the CTO at INDYA I Nutrition for the Awakers since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Founding Partner at Unitatea Capital, an investment vehicle for startups, starting from March 2021.

Javier has also held positions as a Mentor at Culinary Action! since June 2017 and as a Lecturer in Master of Data Analytics for Business at EDEM Escuela de Empresarios since June 2020.

Javier's experience includes serving as the Director of Innovation at Aquaservice - Viva Aqua Service Spain S.A. from June 2018 to January 2022. In this role, they focused on implementing new technologies, providing top-tech solutions, and making data-driven decisions to support the company's continuous growth.

Javier was a Board Member at Lola Market from October 2017 to October 2021. Additionally, they briefly served as the CTO at Lola Market from September 2017 to June 2018, leading the Technology and Product department and overseeing the technical merge and platform integration.

Javier has entrepreneurial experience as the Co-Founder and CEO of Comprea, an on-demand last-mile grocery delivery solution, from November 2014 to October 2017. Comprea was later sold to Lola Market. Javier also co-founded Sweetbits S.L. in 2013, a technical team specializing in app and web development.

Earlier in their career, Javier worked as a Backend Engineer at Destinia from July 2012 to June 2013 and as a Software Engineer at Indra from July 2011 to June 2012.

Javier de la Llave obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. During their time at the university from 2005 to 2011, they specialized in distributed applications and systems. In 2009 to 2010, Javier pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in distributed applications and systems from Paderborn University. In October 2020, they obtained the OKR Champion Certification from Sngular.
