Aaron Vogel

Aaron Vogel currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for customer services, facility and fleet maintenance, life safety, mobility solutions, performance analytics, security, service planning, training, and transportation. Aaron began working with IndyGo in Fall 2019 as Chief of Staff. In that role, Aaron was responsible for organizing and coordinating staff functions and activities, guiding strategic business initiatives, providing oversight on projects of high importance, and acting as consultant to the President/CEO. Aaron has been in the transit industry for more than 18 years with the private and public sector, at small and large agencies, primarily in California, delivering quality service to the public. Aaron has held various positions from manager, general manager, and director and has worked with literally every mode of transit from bike share programs, paratransit, fixed route, bus rapid transit, commuter shuttles, commuter rail, light rail, heavy rail, streetcar, and other innovative on-demand and autonomous projects. Aaron holds a Masters Degree in Transportation Management from San Jose State University.
