Steve Deal is the founder and chairman of Indyme Solutions. Steve has been in the customer service and product development industries for over forty years. Steve has a wide range of experience in both radio and television. Steve started their career as a technician and technical writer for Anaconda Telecommunications. Steve then became a radar technician for the US Air Force. After their time in the Air Force, they became the chief engineer for KMJC Radio and KECR Radio. Steve then transitioned into working with Scientific Atlanta where they served as an applications engineer and technical customer service supervisor. In 2007, they became an audit chair and board member for the San Diego Rescue Mission. In 2018, they founded Indyme Solutions Inc.
Steve Deal has an AA in General - Business, Sociology from Grossmont College and an AS equivalent in Electronics - Broadcast Engineering from the Cleveland Institute of Electronics.
