Emeline is INEE’s French Language Community Facilitator, based in France.. She is a qualified teacher from Cambridge University, and holds a Master in Humanitarian action and development from Uppsala University (NOHA). An education in emergencies specialist, facilitator and trainer whose areas of focus are conflict sensitive education, inclusion and education for all. Her regions of expertise over the last 10 years are Latin America and the Caribbean, West Africa and the Sahel region. She speaks French, English, Spanish and German. Emeline is also an advocate for disabled rights and positive education.
