Marta Dias

Marta Dias has extensive experience in the field of human resources and learning and development. Marta most recently served as the People Management Director at INEGI driving science & innovation starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they held roles at Efacec as the Head of Development from April 2020 to June 2022, and as part of the Learning Area | Mast3r Academia from October 2018 to April 2020. Marta also worked at NOS SGPS as a Human Resources Technician focusing on learning and development from November 2013 to October 2018, and at Sonaecom as a Human Resources Technician from July 2010 to November 2013.

Marta Dias pursued their education at Universidade do Minho from 2005 to 2010. Marta obtained a degree in Psychology Sciences, specializing in Work, Organizational and HR Psychology.
