Abel Alejandro Coronado Iruegas

Abel Alejandro Coronado Iruegas, Ph.D., serves as the Deputy Director of Research in Data Science at the National Institute of Statistics and Geography of Mexico (INEGI), where involvement includes data science and big data research in the Data Science Laboratory. Additionally, Coronado Iruegas plays a key role in designing the technological infrastructure for the National Statistical and Geographic Information System and supports special projects in technological innovation related to statistics and geography. Prior to joining INEGI, Coronado Iruegas worked as a Software Developer at Engineering Solutions and Environment Quality, specializing in software development for various enterprises. Academically, Coronado Iruegas has advanced degrees in Data Science, Official Statistics, and Computer Technology from esteemed institutions, including a PhD candidacy at INFOTEC and a Master's degree from the Centro de Investigación en Matemáticas.
