Josh Linsson

Josh Linsson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Josh started their career at Nortel Networks, where they held various roles, including Project Manager, Customer Service Engineer, Acceptance & Testing Engineer, and Presales Engineer. From there, Josh moved on to Nortel as a Senior Customer Service Account Manager (CSAM). In 2010, they joined Ciena as Business Development & Management, where they played a key role in securing major accounts and driving sales growth.

In 2013, Josh transitioned to nbn™ Australia, where they initially served as a Program Manager for Active Transit WA/SA/NT, Regional Deployment, successfully meeting connection targets and ensuring partner performance. Josh was later promoted to Project Director and managed the delivery of a multi-million-dollar program in Western Australia.

Following their tenure at nbn™ Australia, Josh worked at Vitalisbox Pty Ltd as the Director of Digital Transformation & Strategy, where they played a crucial role in driving the company's digital transformation initiatives.

Most recently, Josh worked at InEight as the Head of Project Management Office (PMO) for the APJ Region. In this role, they built and led a high-performance team, standardized processes, and successfully supported the business expansion across the APJ region.

Throughout their career, Josh has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional results, and a focus on driving organizational growth and success.

Josh Linsson has a diverse education history. Josh completed the Leading with Purpose - Executive course at AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (Executive) at the same institution. In addition, they participated in an executive course on Strategic Account Management at Macquarie Business School. Josh also holds a Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Australian College of Project Management. Josh obtained their undergraduate degree, a BEng (1st class Hons) in Electrical & Electronic engineering, from The University of Western Australia. Furthermore, Josh has obtained several certifications including Exam Prep: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) from LinkedIn in March 2020, Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from LinkedIn in February 2020, Prosci ADKAR Change Management Tools & Methodologies from SMS Management Svc in November 2017, and Challenger Selling Model from Imparta in 2011.
