Martin El-Khechen, MBA has over 13 years of professional experience. Martin began their career in 2007 as an Assistant Director of Sales, Marketing & PR at Master Food Solutions Co. Inc. In 2008, they took on the role of Commercial Manager EMEA at Heavywater GmbH. In 2011, they became the Director of Business Development & Sales at Chemipaint s.a.r.l., where they managed 20 direct reports and increased deal values by 20%. In 2018, they joined SoftDynamix as Managing Partner, Chief Commercial Officer (Interim), and Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer (Interim). Martin managed teams of software architects, engineers, data engineers, and legal consultants, and built the Enterprise SaaS Applications. In 2020, they became Country Manager at TechGenies and Co-Founder & Advisor, ex-COO at AgileDisinfect. Currently, they are Regional Account Manager EMEA at both iNEMSOFT and TechGenies.

Martin El-Khechen obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration from Haigazian University in 2007. Martin then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration from ESMT Berlin in 2016, graduating in 2018. During their studies, they obtained a Certificate in Behavioral Sciences of Management from the Yale School of Management in June 2017.
