Hall's earlier experience includes significant sales and marketing positions at Telepix Imaging, MGI Software, and Corel Corporation, where strategic initiatives led to market leadership. Hall began their career as a professional football player in the Canadian Football League, playing for the Ottawa Rough Riders and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Hall holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from Western University.
