Aimee Cavataio

Aimee Cavataio has over 15 years of experience in credit risk management and accounts receivable. Aimee currently serves as the Head of Group & Americas Credit Risk Management at INEOS Styrolution America LLC, where they oversee global credit risk and leads a multinational team. Aimee'sresponsibilities include creating risk management strategies, improving processes, and managing corporate insurance. Prior to this role, Aimee worked at Newly Weds Foods, where they held various positions including Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections Manager, Accounts Receivable Supervisor, and Sr Accounts Receivable Specialist. In these roles, they managed billing, credit, and collections processes, supervised a team, and handled high volume soft collections. Aimee also has experience outside of the finance industry as the Newsletter Editor/Marketing & Event Coordinator for the Norwood Park Historical Society. In this role, they created and managed the society's newsletter, organized and coordinated various events, and secured donations.

Aimee Cavataio received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Criminology from Dominican University in 2005. Aimee later pursued a Certificate in Managing Global Teams from Cornell University in 2020. In 2019, they obtained the certification of Certified International Credit Professional (CICP) from The Finance, Credit and International Business Association. Aimee is currently working towards earning a Master of Science degree in Business Psychology from Franklin University, which they are expected to complete in 2024. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained additional certifications in Business Psychology Foundations from Franklin University in 2023 and the Certified International Credit Professional (CICP) from FCIB in 2019.
