Currently serving as Bayport ASA Operations Manager at INEOS Styrolution America LLC since April 2012, Nick has developed operator training plans, training content, and testing requirements, as well as managed system turnover and commissioning processes. Prior to this role, Nick held positions including Operations Superintendent, where responsibilities included operations management and staffing, and ESPN Operations & Maintenance Representative, focusing on engineering and design phases. Previous professional experience includes roles at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, NOVA Chemicals, and Chemtrusion Inc, where Nick developed SOPs, managed operations, and contributed to various projects. Nick graduated from Barbers Hill High School in 1997.
