Peter Clymans

Peter Clymans is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and inspection engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical and Inspection Engineer at INEOS since January 2019, Peter is involved in Project ONE, focusing on the construction of an ethane cracker in Antwerp. Prior to this, Peter worked at Borealis from July 2011 to December 2018, where responsibilities included coordinating multi-disciplinary projects, managing inspection programs, and developing innovative solutions such as patented expansion joints. Previous roles also include Manager of Operations and QAQC Manager at Bilfinger ROB N.V., where Peter contributed to project operations, quality control, and training initiatives. Peter holds a degree in Industrial Engineering in Electro Mechanics from KIH De Nayer and is an International Welding Engineer.
