Tate Vasseur

Tate Vasseur has extensive experience in the field of learning and development. They are currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development for Petrochemicals at INEOS, where their responsibilities include leading the development and maintenance of leadership and technical competence in Global Aromatics Manufacturing.

Prior to their current role, Tate worked at BP as the Global Head of Learning and Development for Petrochemicals. During their time at BP, they also served as the Training and Development Leader/Global Refining L&D Leader, where they were responsible for designing, developing, and delivering operations, safety, and regulatory training programs.

Before joining BP, Tate held the position of Training Manager at CVS Caremark Corporation, where they oversaw instructional design and curriculum development for the Pharmacy Benefit Management division. They also led a team in implementing a blended learning approach for a geographically dispersed customer base.

Tate's earlier work experience includes serving as the Sr Manager of Training and Knowledge Management at Allstate Insurance Company, where they were responsible for the strategy and direction of training, design, and delivery across various areas. They also played a key role in creating an Enterprise-wide Knowledge Management system and implementing blended learning solutions.

Prior to their tenure at Allstate Insurance Company, Tate worked as an Operations Division Manager at Allstate Financial.

Tate Vasseur earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Northern Illinois University from 1980 to 1984. They later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management from 2008 to 2019.
