Wyn Steadman is an experienced engineering and maintenance professional with extensive expertise in reliability, maintenance programs, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at INEOS since January 2020, Wyn leads reliability and maintenance initiatives for the site. Prior experience at INVISTA includes roles in engineering, project management, and turnaround management from 2011 to present, as well as a position as Asset Availability Leader from 2008 to 2010, focusing on predictive and preventive maintenance. Wyn also held the role of Maintenance Manager at Nestlé, where ISO 9001 and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs were developed, and worked at Milliken & Company as Engineering Manager overseeing multiple locations. Wyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
